To become an affiliate you must be a professional or a company . Natures Wisdom will not grant affiliate membership to any individual who is not a professional. You will be required to complete our application form on which you must provide valid contact information and an email address where you can be contacted by us. If at any time the information that you provide us is not accurate we reserve the right not to grant you membership or if membership has already been granted to terminate your account immediately on giving written notice. We reserve the right to reject or accept any application that we review and will notify you in a timely manner of our decision .

Upon becoming an affiliate you will be provided with text links and graphics which you shall be permitted to use both on your website and in emails. Our website may also be advertised "offline" in magazines, newspapers, and also classified ads. You may create your own text links and graphics but you shall not be permitted to use these without our prior written consent. All publicity that makes reference to us should be submitted to us for our written approval prior to publication.

A third party software program will be solely responsible for orders and tracking clicks made by customers who follow your affiliate link. When a customer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie will be set in their browser that contains your affiliate number. Their IP address is then tracked in the database along with your affiliate number. When the potential customer decides to purchase a product, the script will look for this cookie and try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be collecting the commission. Customers that are sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase at a later time and the commission will still be awarded if their browser still contains the cookie and/or they are using the same IP address as the one that is logged in the database.
You will not be allowed to communicate with customers with regard to any orders placed by them with us. You will not have access to customer contact information or customer accounts. We wil be responsible for order fulfillments, customer service and any after-order enquiries made by the customer. You will however be able to check your account at any time to see the value of the sales that have been generated through your affiliate link.
You shall be responsible for ensuring that your links are formatted and are maintained properly to allow us to track sales. No commission will be paid if an order cannot be tracked by us.
We reserve the right to remove sales from your account if we become aware of any fraudulent activities either by you or by the customer, or if the order is not processed successfully. In the event that this occurs we will attempt to notify you in a timely manor.

If your customers have a complaint or would like further information about their product order made through your affiliate link to our website, you must refer them to us at info@natureswisdomhealth.com. You are not authorised to give any responses to any such enquiries which will be handled exclusively by us. Any responses given by you to customers shall be regarded by us as your own unauthorsed actions and for which you shall be solely liable. Any misrepresentation(s) by you of our products will constituite grounds for termination of your affiliate membership.

Your commission entitlement will be calcluated each calendar month and will be based upon the value of sales achived through your affiliate link. The commission structure wihich may from time to time in our absolute discretion be varied or amended shall be as follows:-

You should note that the maximum commission payable on special offers shall be 10% .Prices on our website include VAT however your commission will be based upon the retail value of the sale less VAT. A cheque in respect of your commission will be sent to you within 14 days of the end of the preceeding calendar month
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to void commissions on your account resulting from ( but not limited to) fraudulent orders or any declines from the referred customers credit card. In the event that this may occur we will attempt to notify you.

In the event that you commit fraud or falsify any information that is being registered from links on your website connected to our website your affiliate membershipshall be immediately terminated and you shall be liable to us for any loss or damges that we may suffer as a result of such actions. In circumstances where you are fraudulent you shall be required to return to us, all commissions received by you in respect of any fraudulent sales. We will pursue legal action against you to the fullest extent possible under the law.

You will be solely responsible for the development, content, operation and maintenance of your website and for all materials that appear on your website. You shall be responsible for ensuring that materials posted on your website do not violate or infringe upon any laws, or the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights), and for ensuring that materials posted on your website are not libelous or otherwise illegal.
As an affiliate you must check your administration area regularly for product updates, limited offers and any other important affiliate announcements. You will also need to monitor the content of your website to ensure that its content does not contradict any statement made on our website. Any excessive non compliance of this provision can constitute grounds for termination of your affiliate membership.

We own the copyright to the content on our website and legal action will be taken against you and others to protect this copyright which may not be duplicated, copied, changed, or manipulated for your use by you or by any third party on your behalf. For the avoidance of doubt your use of our content is limited and restricted to the use of any links and/or information which we may from time to time provide to you.

We shall not be liable to you for any direct or indirect or accidental damages (loss of commissions, revenue) due to loss of database files or affiliate tracking failures or for any interruptions.
We do not guarantee that your affiliate membership will generate any income or any particular level of income or that our website and/or the links to it will be error free nor do we guaratnee the generation of any traffic, any revenue levels or the functionality of affiliate membership.

Promotions offered by us are intended to be incentives to purchase from our website. Such promotions are offered to you, by us, so you can give your customers additional incentives to buy via your links. You may not display any of these special/coupon codes directly on your website pages, however, email promotions with your direct link are acceptable.
You are required to adhere to any time limits associated with any promotions and must ensure that your website is updated accordingly so that it does not display any outdated guarantees, shipping discounts, and/or other special promotion(s) that are time sensitive.

Your account may be cancelled by us at any time for any reason we feel appropriate. You may at any time cancel your account for any reason by giving us written notice . We will immediately terminate your affiliate membership if we believe that you have engaged in any of the following:
