Cancellation of an Order
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
· Item(s) not available.
· Difficulty in processing payment information.
· Cannot deliver to address provided.
· Duplicate order was placed.
· Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.
If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch you should send an e-mail to orders@bpslogistics.co.uk.
If your products have already been despatched it will not be possible to cancel your order. In this instance you will have to return your order once received in accordance with the Returns policy
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have purchased, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery provided that you tell us within 7 days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.
If you return products for reasons other than defects in the products or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to Natures Wisdom. Natures Wisdom will not accept liability for returned products lost in transit.
If you require a refund Natures Wisdom will refund the price paid by you for the products(exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within 30 days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the products in their original condition to BPS Logistics, Unit 4A, Beechwood, Chineham Business Park, BASINGSTOKE, RG24 8WA within 10 working days of delivery.
If you are returning the products owing to defects or incorrect delivery Natures Wisdom will refund you the price you paid for the products (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and costs for the return carriage from the original delivery point to BPS Logistics, Unit 4A, Beechwood, Chineham Business Park, BASINGSTOKE, RG24 8WA (provided that you enclose a valid till receipt indicating such costs).
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
You are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled products safely and in appropriate conditions until they are returned to Natures Wisdom. Please note that Natures Wisdom will not accept returned products where the seal has been broken or where it reasonably believes that a product has been used or inappropriately stored. In such circumstances, Natures Wisdom will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such products to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
